We are an intimate group of dancers who meet regularly to dance Argentine Tango, offering beginning Tango lessons every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30. This is followed by two hours of practice time from 7:30 to 9:30 for all levels of Tango dancers.

The collection represents the many varied forms of printmaking, from monotypes and collage-based collagraphs to traditional lithographs and etchings.

St. Charles Foundation’s annual Heaven Can Wait 5K walk/run for breast cancer has grown to become one of the largest 5K races in Central Oregon. Each year on National Cancer Survivors Day, the first Sunday in June, the Heaven Can Wait 5K draws thousands to Bend’s Drake Park with a shared mission to raise funds for Sara’s Project. Sara’s Project, a fund of St. Charles Foundation, provides education, early detection and support services to ease the challenges of breast cancer for people in Central and Eastern Oregon.

World-renowned conservationist Thomas Lovejoy will be this season’s final Natural History Pub speaker. As evidence pours in from the arctic to the tropics, the footprint of climate change is pervasive and the outlook is dire. As a conservationist working on a global scale, Lovejoy will broaden our regional High Desert focus with a fascinating talk on the urgent subject of climate change and how we can proactively manage for our children’s future through ecosystem restoration.
