Bring Your Dog to the Ball Game
Load-up your dog and head to Vince Genna Stadium for the Bend Elks Bark in the Park game on July 12. This special game allows you to sit in the bleachers with your canine best friend during the dog days of summer. Bark in the Park is a benefit for the Humane Society of Central Oregon.
The Humane Society of Central Oregon will be there with animals available for adoption, fun contests, vendors and a few surprises. Every Bark in the Park ticket you buy for yourself or for you and your dog will help the thousands of lost, neglected, and abandoned animals that HSCO cares for each year.
Bark in the Park tickets are available at the Humane Society of Central Oregon Shelter (61170 SE 27th St in Bend) and Thrift Store (500 NE Greenwood in Bend), Bend Pet Express East and Westside stores and at www.EZticketlive.com/HSCO. The very special first pitch against the Bellingham Bells is at 6:35pm. Dogs must be on leash and friendly to other dogs and people. For more information visit www.hsco.org or call 541.382.2537.
