Saturday, October 8 Dan Julia Rickards of Clearwater Gallery will be hosting the ninth annual Cascade L scape Series print give away.  The tradition began when Dan Julia opened the doors to Clearwater Gallery in downtown Sisters.  

Keeping in step with the generous spirit of the community of Sisters, Dan thought it would be a good idea to paint “our” mountains then give away one hundred fifty of these “painted memories.”

His inspiration for the past nine years has come from hiking backing through the Cascades with his wife, four children friends.  This year Rickards will bring fabulous Mt. Bachelor in all its glory as it st s alone from the Three Sisters. The Bachelor honors Mt. Bachelor, captivating the viewer with a dramatic summer sunset. Be sure to get to Clearwater Gallery early as this tradition has grown in popularity. Collectors line up early, rain or shine, to meet the artist get their signed numbered print.

Doors will open on Saturday, October 8 at 10am.  Dan will be in residence signing, numbering giving away the first 150 prints. Included in this weekend will be special framing packages offering special prices for this weekend only.
