BendFilm Announces Annual Festival Kick-Off for the 2015 Festival Hosted by G5
In the style of an old Hollywood press junket, replete with a red carpet leading to a photo booth inside the party, BendFilm will celebrate its 12th year with a Kick-Off party on September 24th at 6:30 pm at G5 at 550 NW Franklin Avenue in Bend.
The party will feature film clips from the 2015 Festival program shown on the big screen. Partygoers will get to meet some of the Future Filmmakers and will get their first peek at the Official Film Guide. They’ll also get to purchase festival tickets right at the event. The BendFilm team will also raffle off two film festival passes, and will be selling vintage BendFilm merchandise. Local craft favorites Deschutes Brewery, Elixir Wines and Bendistillery will be providing the libations, while delicious hors d’oeuvres form The Drake will also be served.
Tickets to the kick-off party will be sold online at www.bendfilm.org for $25 and at the door for $30.
