Know South America at Your Library

The Deschutes Public Library has organized a month long series of programs in September about South America.  The diversity of culture, wildlife, natural beauty adventure of South America is captivating.   This continent is home to the world’s biggest rainforest largest waterfall, the Amazon River, the highest mountain range outside of Asia, beaches, wide deserts icy l scapes, the ruins of ancient civilizations as well as modern, vibrant cities.  All programs are free open to the public.

Fly Fishing in the Patagonia
