Olem Alves and Inner Limits are releasing their first album of all original rock tunes on June 26 at McMenamins Francis School in Bend. The album will surely knock your socks off! The band is a fun energetic rock group with strong vocals and instrumentalists to boot. Don’t miss the special opportunity to see this band from Eugene.
The album features nine original rock tracks written and arranged by Olem Alves and performed with his band, Inner Limits. Rise to the Top focuses on perseverance and following one’s own path. The album features a heavy blues/rock sound, rooted in Olem’s deep love for the genre since childhood.
After a year of writing, the band reunited in 2022 to refine the songs through live performances. Recorded in Eugene, Oregon on September 17-18, 2023, with Lance Miller as the recording and mixing engineer, the album includes Olem Alves on guitars and lead vocals, Torrey Newhart on keyboards and vocals, and Ken Mastrogiovanni on drums and vocals with Ryan Biesack playing with them on drums for their tours.
