Exhibiting over 50 quilts based on the library’s 2013 chosen novel for their Novel Idea…Read Together event. Unveiled April 5.  

This is the third year QuiltWorks is partnering with the library. In 2011 they had 18 quilts based on Kapitoil, last year there were 35 based on Rules of Civility and this year are expecting a little over 50 based on a very quilt-friendly book The Snow Child.

“Last year they had over 1,000 visitors to the gallery during April and it really is a fun and exciting event,” said QuiltWorks owner Marilyn Ulrich.

“We’ll have an unveiling on First Friday, April 5 which will continue through the next day Saturday, April 6 and the quilts will be up all month.”
