We have not one, but TWO awesome raffle items! Our upcoming Winter JAM Online Fundraiser features two raffles for two amazing instruments. Tickets are limited to 200 each and on sale NOW.

The guitar raffle features a Breedlove Ed Gerhard Signature Model, winner of Acoustic Guitar Magazine’s Players’ Choice Award in years past. Modeled to the specifications for Grammy Award winning guitarist, Ed Gerhard, the model features a dreadnought body shape, figured sapele mahogany back/sides, and an Adirondack spruce top. The guitar features deep, balanced, rich tones and lots of volume. Handcrafted in Bend, Oregon. Tickets are $50.

The mandolin raffle features a M. David custom mandolin, a gorgeous handcrafted 2 point style mandolin from Berkeley, CA luthier Milton David McClaskey. Featuring claro walnut back, Adirondack soundboard, curly red maple neck and ebony fingerboard. This is a 2018 instrument, very lightly used and in like-new condition. Tickets are $25.

Martyn Joseph (virtual) has been a favorite of Folk Festival fans for years, and a performer like no other. The winning bidder will bring Martyn into your living room for a virtual concert from the UK!

Beth Wood (virtual) has been an integral part of the Folk Festival for many years, directing our Americana Song Academy and leading the Sunday Community Celebration that is a weekend highlight for so many each year. Beth will bring “songs from the heart” right into your living room for a virtual house concert experience.

Thunderstorm Artis (in-person or virtual) burst onto the national scene with a top three finish in NBC’s The Voice this past year. His heartfelt songwriting and infectious personality will no doubt contribute to a memorable house concert experience with both in-person and virtual options.

Judith Hill (virtual) is a multi-instrumentalist and Grammy award winning vocalist and songwriter, having worked with the likes of Prince and Michael Jackson, as well as featured in the documentary, 20 Feet From Stardom. She will be offering a 40-minute solo house concert, available to bid on!

The Winter JAM (Journey/Adventure/Music) auction, raffle and online fundraiser will kick off on Tuesday, December 1, a day known to nonprofits and donors alike as #GivingTuesday, and runs through 6pm on Saturday, December 5.
