The Downtown Redmond businesses present Redmond’s Third Friday Stroll, on Friday, July 19 from 4-8pm. Third Friday Stroll is a new event that downtown Redmond businesses are hosting each month. Businesses will keep their doors open late and local artists, entertainers and musicians will be displaying their artwork and talents for the Central Oregon community.
Not only will there be artists and musicians, each month there will be a different theme. This month’s stroll will be Moonlight Madness Carnival. This stroll is all about getting your families out, and enjoy Central Oregon’s warm summer evenings. From 4– 8pm downtown Sixth Street will be closed from Black Butte to Glacier. Downtown businesses will have their doors open with fun, FREE, carnival games, cakewalks, face painting, and more for kids and adults of all ages to enjoy.
From 8-10pm the Moonlight Madness continues with music, dancing and karaoke in the street. There will also be a pajama contest for children 12 years and younger.
Focused in the center of downtown Redmond, the Third Friday Stroll encourages the community to stroll through local host businesses, visit with participating artists, enjoy some live music from our local performers, and just have fun with your family and friends.
