Rock Chuck Sculpture Auction – Summer Long Public Art Display Comes to an End

On Thursday, August 18, from 5–7pm the Redmond Committee for Art in Public Places (RCAPP) will host a rock chuck sculpture auction, finding new homes for twenty handcrafted rock chuck sculptures transformed by local artists.

The creative ‘Chucks’, as they are now called, have been on display at participating businesses throughout Redmond for the ‘Chucks in Public Places’ art installation since June 15.  The auction is free to attend and will take place outside of Redmond City Hall, at 716 SW Evergreen Ave.
