THE SANTALAND DIARIES AT THE VOLCANIC THEATRE PUB

Volcanic Theatre Pub

Volcanic Theatre Pub (VTP) and Derek Sitter return with the holiday hit “The Santaland Diaries” written by David Sedaris and adapted for the stage by Joe Mantello. The one-man one-act professional production runs December 4th – 19th. Show begins at 7:30pm and admission is $12 advance and $15 at the door. Volcanic Theatre Pub is located in Century Center Bend at 70 SW Century Drive (next to GoodLife Brewing). Advanced tickets are available at www.bendticket.com for a small service fee.
The Santaland Diaries opens Fri. Dec. 4th and continues Sat. Dec 5th. Additional performances are Thurs-Sat Dec. 10th – 12th and 17th -19th. All performances begin at 7:30pm.

REDMOND ICE SKATING RINK OPENS FOR THE SEASON

Strap on a pair of ice skates and start a new winter tradition this season at the Redmond Ice Skating Rink, once again set in the Downtown Redmond Plaza on 7th Street across from Centennial Park.  Thanks to the City of Redmond and the Redmond Area Parks and Recreation District (RAPRD), people of all ages and levels can enjoy this traditional winter activity throughout the winter, weather permitting.  For additional information, contact the rink at 541-977-7841, or the RAPRD office at 541-548-7275.

COWBOY CARRIAGE CHRISTMAS CAROLING

Bring your Christmas party and join us in Downtown Bend for horse-drawn Christmas caroling.
Two big Percheron horses, complete with jingle bells, pull the wagon for 45-50 minutes through downtown & the historical district. Hot Chocolate & Christmas cookies provided by Foxtail Bakeshop. We provide a Christmas Caroling book, but you have to supply the voices. 20 adults maximum or a combination similar to 12 adults & 12 elementary school aged children. Meet at the Pine Tavern which is offering 10% off any food order for our guests before or after your ride.
